Rebecca Rossel

Director

After studying History and French literature at the University of Geneva, in Switzerland, Rebecca went to the United States in 1999 to gain experience in the world of New York art galleries. She worked in particular for an international gallery, “Phoenix Ancient Art” which held locations in Geneva, London and New York. There she learned how to manage an art gallery built long-term business relationships with clients such as private collectors and museums. In New York, Rebecca also worked in public relations and more specifically in promoting artistic events.

Riccardo Palli

Art Consultant

Riccardo studied History of Art at Milan's Università Statale where he specializes in contemporary art. He achieves his degree presenting a thesis on Auguste Rodin's black drawings.

As a long time collaborator at Studio Gilli in Milan, a specialized gallery in Old Master Drawings, Riccardo also participates in major European art fairs like Permanente de Milano and Kunstmesse Munich. In 2006 he writes several articles for the Italian magazine Scena Illustrata about Contemporary Art. From 2008 he works for Minerva Fine Art as a consultant and is responsible for purchases.

 

In April 2008, Rebecca founded Minerva Fine Art in Geneva with Riccardo Palli's consulting help. In March 2009, they opened an art gallery in Paris that specializes in modern and contemporary drawings.
